Term s & Conditions

  1. UOD undertakes to upload / list addresses and other necessary data / advertisement for 12 months as stipulated in section 1 in case of any failure, properly confirmed by both parties, UOD will compensate the client / advertiser by uploading / listing the data that was not uploaded / listed.

  2. In the event of cancellation of a signed order, the client/ advertiser must inform UOD in writing at least 24 hours before his / her data is uploaded if the client / advertiser cancels after the upload, the cancellation takes 24hours after the receipt of the written instructions. Verbal Cancellations are not acceptable. Clients /advertisers will be responsible for paying at least for time so far spent effective time of cancellation.

  3. The client /advertiser warrants that the data / advertisement does not contain any tortuous or criminal matter and does not infringe any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property and does not other wise contravene law.

  4. The client /advertiser accepts full liability whether civil or criminal , if the data or advertisement contravenes sub clause 3 above

  5. By affixing their signatures / seals hereto, the parties agree to be bound by the contents stipulated in this contract.

  6. Payments are to be made in favor of Jireh Technologies International by cheque to the sales executive or by cash payable strictly at our offices or to the company's accounts representative.

  7. All bills are to be paid 24 hours after uploading of the clients / advertiser's data.

  8. Late payments will attract an interest of 5% of per month.

  9. By accepting the agreement, the client / advertiser understands that UOD will invoice accordingly.

  10. If collection proceedings become necessary, the client / advertiser is liable for all costs of collecting, including but not limited to reasonable Attorneys fees.

  11. A client / advertiser is free to correct his information for the uploaded data by sending us mail at admin@ugandaonlinedirectory.com . Please note that these updates are free for only custom listing and profile listing biannually and each time after, UOD charges a 2% fee of the original order and 20,000/- Ushs for updating a basic listing package which has a permanent onetime charge upon uploading of one's data.
