• How do I sign up on line?

  Go to the "About UOD" page by clicking on the link at the top of every page of this site, and once the "About UOD" page loads look through the links on the right hand side of the page and click on "Sign Up". You will be presented with a form which you must fill as required and then click on the submit button.
This will ensure that UOD receives a request from you to have your information about your business on our site and we will dispatch our sales team to get the full details of your business.

• Is there any fees to be paid and what is the mode of payment?

  - There is certainly some payments to be paid based on the particular package you will take up [please refer to the rate guide]

• When do I get on board after / uploaded to the directory after submitting all what is required?

  - It takes at most up to 24 hours to be on UOD after fulfilling all the required conditions.

• What if I realize after submitting my information and it’s already been uploaded that there are some errors and omissions in my text and graphics

  - Very simple UOD is real time; just send us mail to info@ugandaonlinedirectory.com with your details (i.e. text and graphics) then in less than 24 hours these changes will be effected.

• What guarantee do I have of being viewed by site visitors?

   - UOD has up to a minimum of 1000 visitors on a daily basis seeking business information about Uganda and We do trust the effectiveness of all directory packages and advertisement Programmes that run on UOD through our quality designing and production designed to reach directly to their target audience.

• How do I look out for information about a particular business?

  - Just know what you want to locate and have its keyword typed in then you have it in less than a minute. Very simple no prior knowledge of the alphabet is required.

• How long do I appear on the directory?

   - A listed business appears on the directory from the date of listing for 365 days and there after another subscription fee is paid. Please note however that for the basic listing package, a one time permanent fee of appearance on the directory is paid with some updates fees however when any of the submitted information is to be changed(refer to rate guide for details).
